1. Submission process: Within one week of receiving the manuscript, our journal will notify the author of the review fee. If no notice is received after two weeks, the author can inquire by phone. If the author does not receive a rejection notice within five months, the author can handle the submission on their own after notifying the editorial department and receiving a confirmation reply. If the editorial department does not receive any response from the author within three months after issuing a notice of payment or return, the manuscript will be automatically withdrawn by the author. Once the manuscript is published, the remuneration will be calculated and a sample issue will be given as a gift.

When uploading a paper, the author can upload relevant information such as code programs, experimental source data, and experimental results related to the paper results in the "Verifiable Code and Experimental Data" module, so that reviewers can comprehensively review and verify the manuscript, and accelerate the review speed. The synchronous publication of code and data with the paper helps to enhance the academic value of the paper, protect the intellectual property rights of authors, promote the sharing, dissemination, and exchange of related achievements, better expand the influence of the paper, and increase the citation of the paper.

2. Review process:

In Review: The manuscript has been assigned to the reviewing experts, who are currently reviewing it, including initial and final reviews. The system has not subdivided this status.

Initial review review review: Generally, each manuscript is sent to two external review experts for review. However, due to the fact that each reviewer has their own work, the feedback time may not be consistent. This status indicates that the manuscript has already received one external review opinion (which cannot be viewed at this time).

Preliminary review has been reviewed: Refers to 2-3 external review comments being returned to the editorial department, awaiting submission for final review (comments cannot be viewed at this time).

Final review has been reviewed: The final review comments have been returned to the editorial department. As they are all anonymous reviewers, the author cannot view the review comments at this time. After the review comments are processed by the editor, they will be provided to the author for review, and the author will be notified via email.

1、投稿流程：本刊在收到稿件后，一周之内给作者“审理费通知”，如两周后未收到通知，可来电话询问，如果作者在5个月内未接到退稿通知，作者在通知编辑部并得到确认回复之后可自行处理投稿。编辑部发出交费通知、退修通知后三个月内未收到作者任何回复的，其稿件按作者自动撤稿处理。来稿一经发表即酌致稿酬，并赠送样刊。

       作者在上传论文时，在“可验证代码和实验数据”模块可上传与论文成果相关的代码程序、实验源数据、实验结果等相关信息，以便审稿专家全面审理验证稿件，加快审稿速度。代码和数据与论文同步出版，有助于提升论文学术价值，保护作者知识产权，促进相关成果的共享、传播和交流，更好地扩大论文的影响力，增加论文引用。

      2、审理流程：

审稿中：稿件已经分配给审稿专家，专家正在审稿，包括初审中和终审中，系统对这个状态没有细分。

初审部分审回：一般情况下，每篇稿件都是送给两个外审专家审阅，但由于审稿老师的都有自己的工作，意见返回时间不一定一致，这个状态是指该篇稿件已经有一个外审意见返回（此时意见不可查看）。

初审已审回：指2-3个外审意见都返回至编辑部，等待送终审（此时意见不可查看）。

终审已审回：终审意见已返回编辑部。因都是匿名审稿，此时的审稿意见作者也是不可查看的。审稿意见经编辑处理后会给作者查看，同时会E-mail告知作者。

      3、出版流程：

         稿件通过审理流程后，编辑部将通知作者提交版权转让声明书，收到版权，稿件状态即修改为“已采用”，同时在学报官网“最新录用”栏目全文优先出版（PDF，有论文DOI）。然后编辑部对稿件进行编辑加工（文字加工、文献校对、英文润色）、三次排版、三次校对等出版流程后正式出版，在此期间编辑部将通知作者缴纳论文版面费，按需缴纳彩版费用；编辑部也会多次请作者核对沟通，共同完善论文。
