《中国图象图形学报》是一本开放获取期刊，任何用户无须经作者或出版者同意，均可及时、免费、通过网络阅读、下载、拷贝、传递、打印、检索、引用，或链接至该期刊的文献内容。遵守CC BY-NC-ND( https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/deed。)，非商业目的、不进行演绎创作。

        Journal of Image and Graphics is an open access journal. Any user can read, download, copy, transmit, print, retrieve, quote, or link to the literature content of the journal in a timely and free manner through the network without the consent of the author or publisher. Comply with CC BY-NC-ND（ https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/deed 。)， Non commercial purpose, no deductive creation.

出版费用说明 Article Processing Charge

为支撑开放获取出版，《中国图象图形学报》收取文章出版费(article publishing charge, APC)，需要由作者或其所在机构、基金资助项目等支付。根据论文排版页面和彩版费用收取费用，每页360元，彩版费用另加400元/页， 最高版面费15000元/篇。如作者确无课题经费支付版面费可联系我们申请减免。

To support open access publishing, Journal of Image and Graphics charges an article publishing fee (APC), which needs to be paid by the author, their institution, fund funded projects, etc. According to the paper layout page and color printing fee, 360 yuan per page, and an additional 400 yuan per page for color printing fee. Highest fee charged is 15000 RMB.  If the author does not have the project funding to pay for the layout fee, they can contact us to apply for a reduction.。
