    • Review of the progress in 3D defect detection methods

    • This article introduces the importance of defect detection in modern manufacturing, points out the limitations of traditional two-dimensional detection methods, emphasizes the advantages and necessity of three-dimensional defect detection technology, and points out the shortcomings of existing reviews. It elaborates on the significance of conducting a comprehensive review of three-dimensional defect detection technology and exploring research directions in this article.
