摘要:This paper is the literature bibliography on computer graphics in China in 1997. Based on the current status of the research on graphics engineering as well as the distribution of related publications in China, we selected about 268 references from 12 important Chinese journals published in 1997 and classified these references into different categories according to their contents. We hope that the paper could provide readers with a general and up~to~date overview of graphics engineering in China.
摘要:It's a complicated and difficult task to construct 3D model of real object when makeing 3D stutio.Based on the computer vision theory of shape from shading and photometric stereo techinque,this paper proposes a method,which can calculate the gradients of surface and height information from three grey images,and finaly constructs the 3D model by using the draft of Bezier curve.

摘要:According to the fact that radiance may be superposed, the paper raise the idea of decomposing the light field into sub light field that do not change as scene changes, which extend the preponderance of light field rendering to dynamic scenes where coordinates and direction of object, light and view point in addition with the variation of light intensity can be modified freely. By exploiting the independence of diffuse light on viewing direction, the paper also proposes a four dimensional representation of diffuse light field. Considering the intrinsic relationship between diffuse reflections to different spot lights and between ambient light and diffuse light, all the diffuse light fields caused by different spot lights for an object can be recorded with a single diffuse light field generated by a pure color light with unit intensity, which decreases storage and preprocessing. Owing to their coherency of data structure, corresponding points of ambient light field, diffuse light field and depth field (used to compute shadow) are combined to 5 dimensional vectors that are more efficient to be compressed with vector quantization. The rendering algorithm given in this paper can accurately compute typical characteristics of dynamic scene as changes in surface color and shadow.
摘要:Near lossless compression is a trade off between lossy compression and lossless compression.Usually,K-L transformation is used for spectral decorrelation,and DC transformation is used for spatial decorrelation,when multispectral images were near lossless compressed.In this paper,we analyzed the correlation of multispectral images,classified the spectral correlation as statistical correlation and structural correlation.Then we proposed a newtechnique: K-L transformation was used for statistical spectral decorrelation,and prediction tree technique was used for structural spectral decorrelation and spatial decorrelation.This technique removed spectral correlation effectively and gave a better experimental result than K-L-T and DCT.
摘要:Run length smearing is often used in document segmentation. The most important thing after run length smearing is to classify the connected components to text, image or graphics. One rule using geometrical feature to classify the components is presented here. A method used to detect line structure in a binary image is also given out in this paper.
摘要:This paper present a new corner detection method.Image features are represented using the theory of electromagnetics.Corners are detected in the vector potential of the field.Canny edge map is used as elemetary current density to create electromagenetic field.The vector potential of the field is calculated.We observed that corners are the saddle points in the vector potential.The saddle point detection algorithm is based on a simple template matching.The corner detection result is given.

摘要:In this paper, in order to enhance the classification information of an image, we use band pass filtering to preprocess face images, improve the sorting performance of singular value (SV) feature . We give a group of circular filter functions, use genetic algorithm to select the frequency bands of larger divisibility value and to estimate the parameters of circular filter functions, and design the expression of chromosome and the solution of fitness. Experiments prove that by selecting the frequency bands the sort results of SV features can be improved apparently, and by estimating the parameters it can be improved much more apparently and computation complexity is relatively larger. Our method can also be adapted to the other algebraic features.

摘要:An improved neural network utilized in stereo matching is presented in this paper. The theory for binocular vision and the structure of a recurrent neural network are first described, then some improvements to the neural network are given, including the bias inputs and the initializations of the neurons. Finally, computer simulation is performed. The simulated result supports our improvements.
摘要:Remote sensing image compression based on wavelet is studied in this paper. Two improved techniques, namely adaptive weighting quantization combining with famous SPHIT and fast wavelet transform based on lifting scheme, are proposed for two typical remote sensing image compression respectively. Experiment shows that our improved ways are effective for remote sensing image compression.

摘要:In this paper,a contour based rigid registration method of multimodal medical images is pvesented. Based on the semiautomatic search of contour, by using iterative algorithm of closest points to find corresponding points, the cost function is minimized and a best transformation can be obtained, so that the images are registered precisely. Depending on the strategy of choosing initial transformations many a time,the local minimum problem in process of iterative detection have been solved. This method is proved to be effective on registration of multimodal medical images in our experiment.
