摘要:Motion estimation and motion compensation(ME/MC)is the core technology oI motion picture coding. A new motion estimation scheme based on a novel matching criterion.Restrictive Conditional Interframe Difference(RCID).is proposed in this paper. The new matching criterion overcomes the shortages of MAID criterion and has the equivalent computing complexity with MAD. The theory analysis and experimental results show the ellectiveness and superiority of RCID criterion.
摘要:A Novel Video Coding Scheme with conditional interframe replenishment(CFR) algorithm
based on DCT frequency domain is proposed in this paper. Utilizing the characteristics of DCT and visual perception of human, this DCT-based CFR algorithm can encode and decode motion pictures quickly and efficiently. Its compression ratio and reconstructed picture quality are similar with DCT/MC coding scheme such as H.261 and MPEG but with much lower complexity. Both simulation and practical video communication application have shown that this algorithm has high performance and ease of implementation. Because of its low computing complexity, it can be real-time realized by PC software. It can also work with H.261/MPEG by replacing ME/MC module(the motion vector is fixed as zero) after some little modifications on coding scheme. This DCT-based CFR algorithm and the video coding scheme are very suitable for low cost full PC software videophone, video conference and multimedia communication system.

摘要:This paper presents a new image fusion scheme based on multiresolution analysis of Wavelet theory for Remote Sensing imagery.An area-based maximum variance selection rule and a con-sistency detection are used for feature selection of subbands at dillerent scale,and gray computation with weighting factor is accomplished for base-bands at the coarsest resolution.Experimental results including the fusion of black-white aerial imagery and Landsat(TM)imagery,Landsat and SAR images are presented in the paper.Compared with the pixel averaging method,the proposed scheme is more reliable and capable of adaplability.

摘要:This paper describes a multi-electrode capacitance tomography system used for two component flow imaging.When the component distribution of the flow is given.the capacitance between any two electrodes can be calculated through a finite clement method.Then the sensitivity distribution of the system can also be determined by this method.The image of the flow component distribution is reconstructed by using a back-projection algorithm from the calculated sensitivity distribution.
摘要:A new method for generating image correlated noise is proposed. Correlated noise is obtained by filtering white noise.The expression of correlated noise's autocorrelation function and the relationship between the parameter of filter and the correlation length of correlated noise are studied. Experiments show that using this new method can generate image correlated noise successfully.

On the basis of gray linear transformation and median filtering.fuzzy enhancement of B-mode image was realized by using fuzzy algorithm. Experimental results show that remarkable improvement of enhancement effect was obtained by adjusting fuzzy parameter.

摘要:Accurate measurement of object perimeters from digital images is one of the important and fundamental tasks of image analysis and computer vision.In this paper,a new accurate and fast perimeter estimator based on eight-connection MSC (m-Sampling and Classification)was presented. Estimation errors were analyzed and predicated .To prove the performance .a comparative experimental study about the exsiting methods and our new method was carried on a digital object datasets including circles with different diameters and rectangles with different edge lengths. Satisfactory results were obtained.
