In this paper

a kind of description and recognition method for 3D objects is presented. The multiple description approaches are firstly presented

including general description.unit attributes description and relational description. In the procedure of recognition.after creating the primary assumption about object idcntilication

authors present three prunning algorithms to prune the search tree. Then

the distance measure is used to realize the final recognition. Finally

some experiments are given out.
