This paper describes a multi-electrode capacitance tomography system used for two component flow imaging.When the component distribution of the flow is given.the capacitance between any two electrodes can be calculated through a finite clement method.Then the sensitivity distribution of the system can also be determined by this method.The image of the flow component distribution is reconstructed by using a back-projection algorithm from the calculated sensitivity distribution.
