Transferring color between images is a method that uses one image’s color from another. This paper presents a fast auto color transferring method. Fuzzy clustering algorithm produces a certain number of sample patches with different hue characteristics. Then this method creates correspondence by computing the distance of feature vectors between sample patches in the reference and target images. The local color information is transferred from the matched sample patch in the reference image to the target one in ιαβ space. The weight clustering of effective hue cuts down the number of sample immensely. Therefore it improves the speed of color transfer significantly

and in the meantime does not damage the transfer quality.
