摘要

从实用的角度分析了精子分析自动化的方法。应用了数学形态学的处理，分别分析了精子的静态和动态图象，从静态图象分析出精子的个数。在动态图象中，通过细化得到运动的骨架，最后剪枝计算得精了了主运动方向，以计算精子的临床数据，这对精子的分析和计算具有重要意义。

Abstract

A computer automated system

include static and dynamic sperm image analysis system

developed for object assessment of human sperm density and velocity

which identifies the motility. The hardware sample the static sperm image and dynamic sperm

while the software can recognize the number of sperm in the static image and calculate the skeleton of the track of the sperm. Then the clinical manifestation information will be calculated from the result. The system is helpful to the sperm quality analysis.
